Monday Motivation: A new perspective

One thing I've been trying to do lately is look at things a little differently. A new perspective can freshen up things that have began to seem dull.  Today, try think about the things that make you happy, some people are always brought down by negative thoughts, but there’s really no need to be. Think about all the things that make you happy and the little things that happen in life that you should cherish and appreciate every single day. Think happy thoughts and your life will be pretty.

Things that make me happy:

Drinking coffee in the mornings
Rainy days
Lazy Sunday afternoons
Listening to good music
People laughing
Watching a good movie

Make a list of the little things that make you happy, try to complete it throughout the week and you'll feel a little lighter. :)
